Yes. The jewellery catalogue is made in Pt950 platinum rather than plated white gold.

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Processing normally takes 15–20 business days, followed by approximately 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch.

Which certificate is supplied?

Natural diamonds use GIA documentation, lab-grown diamonds use IGI documentation, and moissanite uses GRA documentation where the relevant product specifies a certificate.

Can I change the stone or setting?

Custom stone and setting combinations may be available because pieces are made to order. Contact the Platifine team before ordering to confirm what can be changed for a specific design.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
