Platifine is a fine jewelry house specializing in 950 Platinum jewelry set with Natural Diamonds, Lab-Grown Diamonds, Moissanite, and Gemstones. All pieces are sold exclusively through platifine.com and shipped globally from our hubs in India and Hong Kong.
2. Eligibility & Product Accuracy
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. While we strive for absolute accuracy, please note:
- Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography or screen settings.
- All product weights and stone measurements are approximate.
- Natural characteristics of gemstones make every piece unique.
3. Pricing & Secure Payments
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the fluctuating market value of platinum and precious stones. Payments are processed through secure third-party encrypted gateways. Platifine does not store your financial details.
Order Acceptance Policy
An order is considered accepted only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment issues, pricing errors, or material unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Processing & Global Shipping
Every piece is made-to-order. Our delivery timeline is calculated as follows:
- Processing: 15–20 Business Days (Crafting & Quality Checks).
- Transit: 3–7 Business Days (via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
- Estimated Total: 25–27 Business Days.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
To maintain our standards of hygiene and craftsmanship, we operate a strict return policy:
- Damage-Only: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged on delivery.
- 7-Day Window: Claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt via email.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or "change of mind" returns.

7. Liability & Governing Law
Platifine’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
